What do I need to do to reserve exhibit space?
To secure booth space for 2010, simply download a 2010 Contract now. Be sure to include the size booth you desire and any specific configurations required. You can email your contract or fax it to 202.624.7140.

Please visit the Exhibitor Pricing Information and Application section of the site. You must submit a completed contract for exhibit space including your booth selections.

What will my exhibit include?
Exhibit areas will be furnished with pipe and drape and 7" x "44" identification sign.

To order electrical, internet, AV, carpeting, furnishing or other items, please view the Exhibitor Services Kit sent to from Freeman Decorating. Or refer to the Exhibitor Service kit section of this web site, which contains order forms and links for items that you may want to order through our show vendors.

What equipment is required for my booth?
All exhibitors are required to have some form of floor covering. Carpet is available to order through the Exhibitor Service Kit.

How do I access the exhibitor service kit?
You will receive your exhibitor log in to access the Exhibitor Service kit via email. Be mindful of advance order deadlines to ensure you receive a discount.
