What types of registrations are included with my sponsor or exhibitor package?Typically, there are two levels of registrations included with a sponsor or exhibitor package.
- The first type of registration is the Complimentary Full Registration. This is a full registration to the ULI Fall Meeting and Urban Land Expo. An individual that is registered for the event using a Complimentary Full Registration will be able to attend program sessions and events as well as enter the Expo hall.
- The second type of registration is the Complimentary Expo-Only Pass. This pass admits an individual to the Urban Land Expo only. An individual that is registered for the event using an Expo-Only Pass will not have access to the Fall Meeting program sessions. The pass is good for the entire Expo (November 3-6).
What does each registration include?
The Complimentary Full Registration includes the following:
- Access to all program sessions and access to the Expo hall at the ULI Fall Meeting and Urban Land Expo
- A ticket to the Cocktail Reception
- Tickets to the General Session (meals must be purchased)
Separately ticketed items: Mobile tours, workshops, and some receptions require additional tickets. In order to attend these items using a Full Registration, individuals will need to purchase tickets for each event they plan to attend. Please refer ULI's web site, for a complete listing of the ticketed events and their corresponding ticket prices.
The Complimentary Expo-Only Pass includes the following:
- Access to the Urban Land Expo hall ONLY including the VIP reception and the Cocktail Reception.
Separately ticketed items: Mobile tours, workshops, and some receptions require additional tickets. In order to attend these items using a Expo-Only Pass, individuals will need to purchase tickets for each event they plan to attend. These items can be added during the online registration process.
How do I know how many Complimentary Full Registration and Complimentary Expo-Only Passes my firm is entitled to?
As part of your sponsor or exhibitor package, your firm has been given both Complimentary Full Registrations and contract for details on the number your firm is entitled to.
How do I register using a Complimentary Full Registration or Complimentary Expo-Only Pass?
Once you have signed an Exhibit Space or Sponsor contract you will receive an email prompting you to register for the 2009 Fall Meeting and Urban Land Expo.
What should I do if others from my firm would like to attend the Fall Meeting & Urban Land Expo, but I have used all of the Complimentary Full Registrations and Complimentary Expo-Only Passes we were given?

What should I do if I need to make a change to a registration?

When will I receive my badge?
Once your registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Your badge and registration materials will be available at the registration table when you arrive at the ULI Fall Meeting and Urban Land Expo. No materials are mailed in advance.
What should I do when I arrive on site at the Meeting?
Individuals using Complimentary Full Registrations and Complimentary Expo-Only Passes should go directly to the Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration area when they arrive at the ULI Fall Meeting. This area will be clearly marked at the Miami Beach Convention Center, where the event is taking place, and will be located adjacent to the general registration area.
Other individuals from your firm that registered at the full registration rate through ULI's web site or by phone should proceed to the general registration area for check-in. Though they are representatives of a sponsoring firm, their paid registrations were processed separately and will be available only at the general registration area.
Do you need to be registered to enter the Expo hall?
You may enter the Expo hall during set-up and tear-down without being registered for the Fall Meeting using a Full Registration or Expo-Only Pass. However, to enter the Expo hall at any other time during the meeting, you will need to be registered and be wearing your badge. If you are planning to staff your company's booth, please make sure you have registered for the event.
